Odesa spy sentenced to 10 years: he passed on the coordinates of air defense

According to Прокуратура Київ: A 58-year-old resident of Odesa has been sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for transmitting data about the location of air defense (AD) in the Odesa region to an agent of the aggressor state, as well as for illegal possession of ammunition. The verdict was delivered by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
The accused, who moved from Luhansk region to Odesa, was detained in connection with his activities during the full-scale invasion that began in 2022. During the search, a grenade and ammunition were found in his possession, confirming his involvement in illegal activities. The process of examining the case lasted, and as a result, the court found him guilty under part 3 of article 114-2 and part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
At the moment, the accused is in custody, awaiting the execution of the sentence. This case once again emphasizes the importance of combating espionage and treason in the context of Ukraine's national security.
