What will happen with the minimum wage and military payments
The government budget draft for 2027 provides for an increase in the minimum wage from 8647 to 9546 UAH. During budget discussions, there was also a proposal to increase it to 12 thousand UAH, but this has not yet been approved.
The issue of financial provision for military personnel remains under discussion. There is currently no approved decision on an automatic 20% salary increase for all military personnel.
In the private sector, employers are reviewing wage payments due to a shortage of staff, competition for specialists, and rising living costs.
