The 'ShI-Oshchadyky' project uses artificial intelligence for 'interviews' with clients and to attract their attention.
One of the virtual assistants will respond to users' questions officially and in a structured manner, like a real bank employee. The other, on the contrary, will use jokes and explain information in simple terms.
Deputy Chairman of Oschadbank Anton Tyutyun explains that this experiment aims to check how technology can enhance communication with clients and make it more accessible and straightforward. The bank wants communication to remain human even in digital formats, and clients to influence how the service will develop in the future.
