Parliament extended the transition to e-Excise: when will businesses switch to labels

Yesterday, an important decision was made in the Verkhovna Rada regarding the transition to electronic excise labels. Representatives of the parliament supported the initiative of the team that proposed to extend the trial period for the full implementation of the e-Excise system. They took into account the wishes of the business and allowed additional time for training and adaptation to the new electronic accounting system for tobacco and alcoholic products.

This decision will be of great importance for entrepreneurs who will be able to calmly prepare for the transition to the new system and avoid possible problems during the launch. The gradual implementation of electronic excise labels will improve control over the circulation and accounting of alcoholic and tobacco products.
