According to hvylya.net: In Moldova, where parliamentary elections were held on September 28, the Central Electoral Commission has counted almost all protocols from the polling stations - 98.81%.

According to the counting results, the 'Action and Solidarity' Party (Partidul Acțiune și Solidaritate, PAS) received nearly half of the votes - 49.82%. The 'Patriotic Block' led by former president Igor Dodon received 24.38% of the votes.

The Alternative Bloc is in third place, having received 8.02% of the votes.

Distribution of mandates in parliament

During the parliamentary elections, there is a 5% barrier for parties and 7% for blocs. In the Parliament of Moldova, 101 deputies are elected, so PAS will have a comfortable majority and can form a government without other partners.

With this distribution of mandates, PAS may receive 52 seats in the new parliament. The 'Patriotic Block' is likely to receive 28 mandates, while the Alternative Bloc will get 9.

A formally pro-Russian party, 'Democracy at Home', which is accused of ties to the FSB, and populist Renato Usatii with the 'Our Party' will also enter the parliament.

One party, PAS, is enough in parliament for the continuation of Moldova's European integration course, without seeking partners.

Comments:In Moldova, the 'Action and Solidarity' Party (PAS) received significant support in the parliamentary elections, allowing it to have a sole majority and independently form a government. This is an important step for Moldova, as it can ensure stability and the continuation of the country's Euro-integration course.
