Pavel Shchilko, known as DJ Pasha, named consulting as his main source of income, while organizing large events is an additional area of work. At the same time, the music award YUNA, which he co-founded, according to him, still does not bring him personal income. He talked about this in an interview with Slava Dyomin.

How Pavel Shchilko earns in 2026

Most of Shchilko's income comes from consulting related to project creation. He also continues to organize turnkey events, collaborating with several major clients.

This area is not new for the host and producer. He has been organizing events throughout his career, so now it is rather a stable professional base, supplemented by work with clients outside Ukraine.

In response to the question of whether a famous person in the Ukrainian show business can earn 10 thousand dollars a month, Shchilko replied that such a level is possible. However, he did not claim to regularly receive exactly that amount.

«You can now earn both 10 and more thousand dollars. Does it always happen? It depends», said DJ Pasha.

Why the co-founder of YUNA does not make a profit

Pavel Shchilko emphasized that as a co-founder of the YUNA award, he has not earned «a single penny». For him, this project primarily remains a way to support and promote Ukrainian music.

The idea for the award arose after Shchilko's trip to «Grammy» in Los Angeles in 2000. The first YUNA was held in 2011 when Ukraine celebrated the 20th anniversary of independence. According to the producer, by that time, the music industry already had enough performers and releases for a systematic award.

Shchilko is the executive producer of YUNA and is responsible for its full organization: from forming the reference list and working with the jury to voting, auditing, and the final show. The co-founder of the award, Mohammad Zahur, initially financially supported the project, and now YUNA, according to Shchilko, is capable of breaking even thanks to partners and sponsors.

How much DJ Pasha spends on himself

In the provided segment of the interview, Shchilko did not mention a specific amount for monthly expenses. He noted that he does not spend money on part of the stage clothing, as he collaborates with the Ukrainian brand Yarmich.

As for food, the host mentioned that he rarely goes to restaurants, likes to control his diet, and mainly cooks at home. Thus, from the conversation, it can be inferred that he optimizes expenses, but he did not state an exact monthly budget.
