According to Пенсії (RSS): The Ukrainian Pension Fund has released a report detailing its social payment funding as of April 15th, along with figures for services provided in April. During the month, the Fund's offices handled 770,000 service requests from citizens.
Social Payment Funding
As of April 15th, a total of 43.1 billion hryvnias (UAH) was allocated for pension payments. This sum was distributed through two primary channels:
- 7.2 billion UAH was paid out via Ukrposhta, the national postal service;
- 35.9 billion UAH was disbursed through authorized banks.
In addition to pensions, 4.9 billion UAH was spent on housing subsidies and benefits. A further 2.6 billion UAH was allocated for insurance payments, which includes 1.2 billion UAH for sick leave compensation. Social assistance and other payments accounted for 26.4 billion UAH.
