Ukrainian basketball player Karina Panchuk joins the Slovak club Samorin
Karina Panchuk's career is developing at a rapid pace – the Ukrainian basketball player is moving to the Slovak club 'Samorin'. And it's worth noting that this girl certainly does not hesitate with her achievements!
The star of domestic basketball impressed with her performances for the team 'Frankivsk-Prykarpattia', where she averaged 11.3 points per game. Karina also entered the top 10 women's Superleague for the efficiency rating (11.7) – not bad, right?
Panchuk already had experience playing outside of Ukraine, having played in Italy, but now she decided to try her hand at 'Samorin' along with two other Ukrainians. What do you say, girls, are you ready to support your fellow countrywoman in her new challenges?
Last season, Samorin finished in ninth place in the Slovak championship, achieving only 6 victories in 24 matches, but maintaining its position in the elite division.

The Ukrainian men's basketball team has demonstrated its potential by confidently advancing through the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Championship, winning against the Slovak national team twice with impressive scores of 98:86 and 80:71.
