According to hvylya.net: The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained that certificates for persons with disabilities remain valid until the expiration date. There is no need to apply for an early replacement. This decision is based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from June 11, 2025.
According to this document, certificates remain valid until the end of their validity period or until they are replaced with new ones in the established manner.
Thus, certificate holders can safely use them until the expiry date, without the need for early replacement.
