According to glavcom.ua: On October 13, the Chief Diplomat of the European Union, Kaia Kalas, arrived in Kyiv. She announced the allocation of financial assistance by the European Union for the establishment of a Special Tribunal to consider Russia's crimes against Ukraine. Assistance for Ukrainian children evacuated from Russia, as well as victims of sexual crimes, is also provided.
The ceasefire agreement in Gaza was signed by representatives of the USA, Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey during a summit in Egypt. The document was also signed by the President of the USA. Donald Trump called this agreement one of the most complex, thanking all parties for reaching the agreements.

The ceasefire agreement in Gaza has been signed, and the EU Foreign Minister promises financial support for the establishment of a Special Tribunal and assistance to Ukrainian children and victims of sexual crimes. The hope for peace and justice is one of the main priorities of international cooperation.
