Ukraine and Britain begin implementing 100-year partnership: key decisions
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiga visited Great Britain after attending the G7 meeting in Canada. During the visit, important meetings took place in London, where issues related to the development of Ukrainian-British partnership were discussed.
The main topics of discussion included defense support, sanctions against Russia, cooperation in reconstruction, energy security, education, and science. During the visit, Great Britain allocated a new winter aid package for Ukraine amounting to 13 million pounds sterling.
The signing of memoranda on the joining of British universities to the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies was the concluding note of the visit, which will further strengthen cooperation between the countries in the fields of education and culture.
