According to hvylya.net: The State Tax Service of Ukraine has announced that self-employed individuals who have been mobilized or have signed a contract for military service are exempt from paying taxes and filing reports during their service.

The exemption from taxation is applied automatically based on data from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligated Individuals, and Reservists, starting from the first day of the month of mobilization or contract signing, but no earlier than February 24, 2022.

To receive the exemption, individual entrepreneurs must have their information recorded in the state register. Those who do not have the relevant data can independently contact the tax service with the appropriate application and documents. Special working groups and hotlines have been created to provide consultations.

Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs who have been mobilized or have signed a contract for military service are now exempt from paying taxes and filing reports during their service. The exemption applies automatically from the first day of the month of mobilization or contract signing. To receive the exemption, it is necessary to have the relevant information in the state register; however, in case of its absence, one can contact the tax service independently.
