According to Главком: On May 7, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported intense hostilities along the front line. The enemy launched a single missile, carried out 65 airstrikes dropping 178 guided bombs, deployed 4,869 kamikaze drones, and conducted 2,175 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas. A total of 156 combat engagements occurred, with the highest concentration of attacks-21-recorded on the Pokrovsk axis. This daily briefing highlights the ongoing heavy fighting across multiple sectors of the battlefield.

Frontline Situation

On the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, the enemy carried out 85 shelling attacks, 23 of which involved multiple rocket launcher systems. Additionally, 4 airstrikes and 10 guided bomb drops were recorded. In the South-Slobozhanskyi sector, 4 assaults took place near the settlements of Prylipky and Izbystske. On the Kupiansk axis, 2 attacks occurred in the Radkivka area, where fighting is ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy launched 8 assaults near Kovalivka. On the Sloviansk axis, 1 attempted assault near Rai-Oleksandrivka was successfully repelled. No offensive actions were reported on the Kramatorsk axis. On the Kostiantynivka sector, 6 assaults were repelled near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Rusynyi Yar, Pleshchiivka, and Ivanopillia.

On the Pokrovsk axis, as previously noted, the enemy conducted 21 attacks in the following areas:

The Huliaipole sector experienced 17 attacks in the areas of:

• Rybne
• Dobropillia
• Sviato-Petrivka
• Pryluky
• Zaliznychne
• Staroukrainka
• Verkhnia Tersa
• Charivne

where 5 clashes are ongoing. On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy launched 3 assaults near Shcherbaky, with fighting still in progress. In the Dnipro sector, 3 assault attempts toward the Antonivskyi Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island were halted.
