In the capital, Kyiv, the night temperature will be -14 to -18 degrees, and during the day -10 to -13 degrees, with no precipitation.
Meteorologist Natalka Didenko noted that the forecast for a respite from the frost has changed.
She also advised Ukrainians to take care of multi-layered warm clothing, as the frosty weather will continue until the expected warming on January 18.
The delay in warming may impact various areas of life in Ukraine, particularly the energy sector, where the demand for heating rises in cold conditions. Additionally, prolonged cold weather may complicate movement across the country and affect agricultural work. Citizens are recommended to closely monitor weather forecasts and take measures to prevent hypothermia.
