Member of Parliament Serhiy Rakhmanin, a member of the committee on national security, defense and intelligence, criticized the fortifications built by the Poltava Regional Military Administration in the Donetsk region. According to him, these fortifications 'absolutely do not meet modern requirements' and are 'positions for kamikazes'. This information was published on the 'Glavkom' website and comes from MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak's comments.
It was revealed that the Poltava Regional State Administration signed 16 contracts worth over 370 million UAH with the company LLC 'Enki Construction'. It is clear that the mentioned amount was an overpayment, while MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak believes that a significant portion of these funds could have been lost.
According to an analysis of photographs conducted by Serhiy Rakhmanin, a number of shortcomings in the fortifications were identified, such as insufficient protection against modern weapons and vulnerability to drone attacks. The MP believes that these structures do not meet the requirements of modern warfare and are overly vulnerable.
According to glavcom.ua: The Member of Parliament expressed doubts about the compliance of the fortifications in Donetsk with modern requirements, calling them 'positions for kamikazes'. Doubtful multi-million contracts with one company that also provoke outrage in the Ukrainian parliament were also revealed. The analysis of photographs showed the presence of serious shortcomings in the fortifications, with studied deficiencies including insufficient protection against modern weapons and vulnerability to drones.
