According to Главком: The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, spoke at the 18th annual Kyiv Security Forum, emphasizing that Ukraine is fighting for democratic values and actively developing cutting-edge drones. This marks his third visit to Kyiv, during which he highlighted the psychological exhaustion of Ukrainians and urged the world not to forget the war's consequences.

The forum was held under the theme 'Darkness or Dawn: Is There Light Ahead?' Prince Harry, founder of the Invictus Games Foundation, stressed that since 2014, Ukraine has been on the front line of defending its rights.

“This is a war for values, for sovereignty, for whether the principles underlying our democracy will be upheld,” he stated. The Prince also noted that Ukrainians show resilience and a readiness for innovation, being at the forefront of modern warfare and developing the most advanced drones in the world.

Upon arriving at Kyiv's train station, Prince Harry said, 'It's good to be back in Ukraine.' During his visit, he also gave an interview to ITV News and visited the Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square). Prince Harry drew attention to the invisible traumas and psychological pressures faced by Ukrainians returning from war, as well as the hardships endured by their families under constant shelling.

“Beyond the losses we see, there are invisible ones: the trauma of those returning, the psychological strain on families living under constant shelling and bombardment,” he said.

He also called on the international community to remember what Ukraine is facing and to support the people and partners doing critical work under difficult conditions.

“To remind people at home and around the world what Ukraine is facing, and to support the people and partners doing extraordinary work every hour of every day in incredibly challenging conditions,” Prince Harry concluded.
