The state PrivatBank has canceled free delivery of reissued bank cards. Starting January 1, 2026, clients will have to pay for this service both in Ukraine and abroad. Previously, delivery remained free until the end of 2025. This is reported by eNovosty.

The bank explained that the new tariffs apply to all clients who request card reissues with delivery. The cost of international delivery will be determined individually when the application is processed.

Paid delivery of PrivatBank cards: new tariffs

Starting in 2026, the following conditions will apply:

  • delivery of reissued cards within Ukraine costs 80 UAH;

  • delivery abroad has also become paid, the final price depends on the country and postal operator;

  • previously applicable free delivery is no longer available.

PrivatBank noted that a client can request up to six card delivery orders per year, regardless of their type.

How to order PrivatBank card delivery

Delivery can be ordered through the Privat24 application. To do this, you need to:

  • select the card and go to its settings;

  • click 'Order Card' and choose delivery within Ukraine or international;

  • provide the address, contact number, and email, and confirm the order.

In Ukraine, the card is delivered the next day to a branch or a Nova Poshta postomat. Abroad, delivery times depend on the operator: Nova Poshta delivers in 7–14 days, Ukrposhta in 7–30 days.

Delivery is available for seven types of cards, including 'Universal', payout cards, 'Key to Account', children's and premium cards for PrivatBank clients.

Recall that PrivatBank has extended the validity period of cards by 30 months.
