Today in Zaporizhzhia a dangerous situation occurred - rescuers who were working at the site after the Russian strike came under fire from the occupiers. One of them suffered serious injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, blast injury, and injuries to the spine and knee joint.
Also, fire and rescue equipment was damaged as a result of the shelling.
Victims of the massive attack on Zaporizhzhia
Yesterday Zaporizhzhia became the scene of a massive attack by Russian troops. This terrible event led to tragedy - a seven-year-old child died. Damages include damaged houses and seven wounded, among whom was a rescuer.
One of the damaged houses belongs to the Dorosh family. After the explosion, the ceiling in their house collapsed, which prevented the mother of the seven-year-old boy Makary from rescuing him from the debris.
The child's father, who had been in Russian captivity for three years, was delivered to the hospital with multiple injuries. He is currently in critical condition in the ICU.
