Ternopil: rescuers found a survivor under the rubble after the strike

According to ДСНС: Rescue operations continue in Ternopil following a tragic event. Collected information indicates 25 dead and about 80 injured, of which 47 are in hospitals.
Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko reported on the situation during the national marathon "Unified News". Rescue operations are ongoing, actively supported, and the main task is to save the lives of any survivors under the rubble.
"About half an hour ago, we were able to hear and establish contact with a 20-year-old man between the fifth and sixth floors. He is trapped in concrete structures but alive. We hope that all who survived can be rescued."
Igor Klymenko noted that this tragedy has deeply affected the entire country. Thanks to volunteers, rescuers, doctors, and psychologists for their active assistance. The city is receiving the necessary support to overcome this difficult situation.
