Rebrov called Ocheretko to the national team of Ukraine: who replaced Zubkov
According to glavcom.ua: Instead of Oleksandr Zubkov from 'Trabzonspor', 22-year-old Oleg Ocheretko, who is receiving his second call-up to the national team after making his debut in the match against France, in which the national team of Ukraine lost 0:2, will be in the squad.
The head coach of the national team of Ukraine, Serhiy Rebrov, called up midfielder Oleg Ocheretko from 'Shakhtar' to the national team for the qualifying matches for the World Cup 2026 against Iceland (October 10) and Azerbaijan (October 13). This news was reported by 'Glavkom'.

- Goalkeepers: Heorhiy Bushchan, Anatoliy Trubin, Dmytro Riznyk.
- Defenders: Ilya Zabarniy, Oleksandr Svatok, Valerii Bondar, Mykola Matviyenko, Yukhym Konoplia, Oleksandr Tymchyk, Vitaliy Mykolenko, Bohdan Mykhailichenko.
There are also midfielders, forwards, and players on the reserve list. The national team gathered on October 6, and the departure to Iceland is scheduled for October 8.
