The coaching staff of the Ukrainian national team led by Serhiy Rebrov announced the lineup of players preparing for the World Cup qualifying matches against Iceland and Azerbaijan. The main list includes 25 players, while the reserve list has six.
According to glavcom.ua: Goalkeepers: Heorhiy Bushchan, Anatoliy Trubin, Dmytro Riznyk.
Defenders: Illia Zabarnyi, Oleksandr Svatok, Valerii Bondar, Mykola Matviyenko, Yukhym Konoplia, Oleksandr Tymchyk, Vitalii Mykolenko, Bohdan Mykhailichenko.
Midfielders: Yehor Yarmoliuk, Ivan Kalyuzhnyi, Mykola Shaparenko, Volodymyr Brazhko, Nazar Voloshyn, Heorhiy Sudakov, Artem Bondarenko, Oleksiy Hutsulyak, Oleksandr Nazarenko, Viktor Tsygankov, Oleksandr Zubkov, Ruslan Malinovskyi.
Forwards: Artem Dovbyk, Vladyslav Vanat.
Reserve list: Ruslan Neshcheret, Oleksandr Pihalionok, Oleg Ocheretko, Dmytro Kryskiy, Yevhen Cheberko, Maksym Talovierov.
The Ukrainian national team will start gathering on October 6 in Poland. The team will head to Reykjavik for the match against Iceland, and then to Krakow for the game against Azerbaijan.
