Preferential service for pension: who can receive it in double size

In Ukraine, certain groups of workers can retire early due to the right to double service. This concerns those working in hazardous conditions, such as mines, high-risk medical facilities, or at sea. Each year of such work is counted as two years of service, allowing for a faster pension.

According to plans for the future, to retire at the specified age, one needs to have a certain number of years of service. For example, by 2025, to retire at 60 years old, one must have at least 32 years of service. However, for those working in difficult conditions, this requirement can be met faster due to double service.

To receive such benefits, it is necessary to have the relevant documents that confirm the duration and conditions of work.
