Workers earn 100 thousand: which professions are in high demand in Ukraine

Ukrainian employers are actively searching for specialists in working professions such as welders, excavator operators, electricians, installers, and builders. Currently, these professions can earn from 50 to 100 thousand hryvnias per month, making them very attractive in the labor market. At the same time, beginner accountants and lawyers earn slightly less - about 20–40 thousand hryvnias.

'An excavator operator can earn 50–100 thousand hryvnias per month, while a young accountant or lawyer earns 20–40 thousand. These specialists will be the ones to rebuild the country', said the head of the Educational Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Sergey Babak.

According to him, an important problem in the labor market right now is the shortage of working specialties. This situation opens up prospects for young people to start a successful career without the need for long-term studies at universities and accumulating debts for education.

Vocational education has many advantages, including competitive salaries, the possibility to quickly start a career, and stable demand in the labor market. MPs assure that government policy is aimed at providing objective information and changing the stereotypical opinion about vocational education.

The reforms in vocational education include updating the material and technical base of vocational schools, expanding collaboration opportunities with employers, financial support for students, assistance in finding work after training, and, most importantly, increasing the prestige of working professions.

It has been noted that success is possible in any field, and the labor market demonstrates this well. Today, a key motivator for choosing a profession for many is salary, working conditions, and the ability to quickly start a career after obtaining vocational education.
