Ukrainian Mykhailo Romanchuk is running for the EOC Athletes' Commission: who are his competitors

According to glavcom.ua: The European Athletes Forum and the General Assembly of Athletes, organized by the European Olympic Committee (EOC), will take place in London from November 12 to 13. The main goal of the event is to elect a new composition of the EOC Athletes' Commission for the next four-year term.

Among the candidates for positions in the new EOC Athletes' Commission is Ukrainian swimmer Mykhailo Romanchuk, who won silver and bronze at the 2020 Olympic Games. Other Olympic champions and medalists will also participate in the voting.

Recently, Ukrainian athletes showcased their talents at the World Summer Universiade in Germany, winning 12 medals, including 4 golds. The Ukrainian team ranked 14th in the overall medal standings, which is an important achievement.
