According to Главком: On the night of December 25, Russian troops struck the Odesa region, resulting in one person dead and two injured. This incident occurred as a result of an attack on the region's port and industrial infrastructure.

The shelling damaged administrative, production, and warehouse buildings. At some facilities, fires broke out. Oleg Kiper reported that

“unfortunately, one person has died – the body was retrieved from under the debris”

. Two others were injured and are receiving necessary medical assistance.

This strike occurred after a massive attack in which Russians used strike drones against southern Odesa on the night of December 23. These actions resulted in damage to:
