Also, in December 2025, Russian terrorists captured part of the city of Hulyaipole in Zaporizhia, and in July 2025, the enemy occupied Yablunivka.
Some of the settlements occupied by Russia include:
- Peredbuda

Additionally, the advance of the occupiers occurred along the front line in:
- Sumy direction
- Kharkiv region
- Lyman
- Pokrovsk
- Myronivka
- Kostiantynivka
The situation remains complex, and Ukrainian forces continue to fight for the restoration of control over lost territories.
The events of 2025 in Ukraine confirm the duration of the conflict and the resilience of Ukrainian forces, despite territorial losses. The Russian occupation actions continue to threaten the security and integrity of Ukraine, while the international community monitors the developments. An important question remains regarding support for Ukraine in its fight to defend its sovereignty and restore control over lost territories.
