According to ХВИЛЯ: Russian forces launched a massive new assault on Ukraine, deploying hundreds of drones and dozens of ballistic and cruise missiles. The strikes primarily targeted critical energy infrastructure and residential buildings across multiple regions, marking another escalation in the ongoing campaign against civilian utilities.

Regional Impact and Casualties

The attack caused severe damage and casualties in several areas. In Kyiv, energy infrastructure was hit, leaving 5,635 homes without heating. A 50-year-old man was killed in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region. The Poltava region also suffered a nighttime strike on an industrial facility.
