Enemy drone hit a residential building in Chernihiv: what is known about the consequences

According to glavcom.ua: Today evening, December 23, an enemy drone hit the technical floor of a nine-story residential building in the city of Chernihiv. The press service of the Chernihiv City Council and Glavkom provide this information.
