Russians attacked the market in Kherson: one worker killed, two injured

According to Главком: On December 25, 2025, Russian invaders attacked the central part of Kherson. As a result of this attack, a 47-year-old market worker was killed, and two others were injured. The attack occurred around noon when civilians were at the market preparing for the holiday.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as a result of the strike, a man was killed, and numerous destruction of trading points was recorded. Oleksandr Prokudin noted that

in broad daylight, the occupiers cynically struck the market where people were preparing for the holiday

On the same day, strikes on Ukraine were recorded using 131 strike drones of the Shahed type. Of these, 22 drones hit 15 locations. In addition to Kherson, one person was killed in the Odesa region, and two others were injured. Two drone strikes were also recorded in the Slobidsky district of Kharkiv.
