According to glavcom.ua: Kateryna Sadurska, a Ukrainian, set a world record in freediving, winning a gold medal for a dive to a depth of 76 meters without the use of fins. She not only became the world champion in this discipline, but also improved her own record. This is a tremendous achievement for Ukrainian sports!
Participation in the European Youth Olympic Festival was also very successful for Ukrainian athletes. 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals - this is an impressive result, marking the second best achievement for Ukraine in these competitions.
