Ukrainian Vladislav Rudnev became the six-time world champion in combat sambo
Ukrainian athlete Vladislav Rudnev won his sixth world champion title in combat sambo, confirming his status as one of the best in this field. The tournament took place in Bishkek, where Rudnev defeated the local competitor from Kyrgyzstan in the final with a score of 3:1. In his weight category up to 79 kg, he dominated, winning all his matches.

After winning the tournament, Rudnev stated his intention to focus on his professional career in mixed martial arts, where he already has an impressive record. Additionally, in this same competition, Ukrainian athletes won six more bronze medals, representing various sports including judo and sambo.
