According to ХВИЛЯ: The Security Service of Ukraine has for the first time struck a tanker of the shadow fleet of Russia in neutral waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This attack occurred over 2000 kilometers from the territory of Ukraine, underscoring the scale of operations conducted by Ukrainian special services.

The tanker 'QENDIL' was struck using aerial drones. The vessel sustained critical damage and is currently unusable for its intended purpose. It is known that the shadow fleet is used to transport Russian oil in circumvention of international restrictions.
