A new record level of salaries has been recorded in Poland. According to the Central Statistical Office (GUS), in the third quarter of 2025, the average gross monthly salary amounted to 8,771.70 zlotys, which is equivalent to almost 100,000 hryvnias. In net terms, this is about 6,309 zlotys. This is reported by In Poland.

The Polish economy demonstrates stability

Compared to last year, the average wage has increased by 7.5%. According to analysts' estimates, the trend of salary growth remains stable, although its pace depends on the overall economic situation and the inflation rate.

In October 2025, inflation in Poland was 2.8%, and prices rose only by 0.1% compared to September. This brings the economy closer to the target set by the National Bank of Poland - 2.5% ± 1 pp.

GDP and labor market forecasts

The Director of the Economic Analysis and Research Department of the NBP, Jacek Kotlowski, noted that the Polish economy 'is gradually stabilizing, and the growth outlook remains positive.'

According to the 'Inflation Report' of the National Bank, GDP growth rates look as follows:

  • in 2025 - 3.4%;

  • in 2026 - 3.7%;

  • in 2027 - 2.6%.

Poland maintains positive trends

Economists note that two key factors influence the dynamics - the gradual use of EU funds and the effect of lower interest rates. Despite this, the overall situation in the labor market remains stable: employment remains at a high level, and real incomes continue to rise.

Salary growth with low inflation indicates the strengthening of domestic demand and the enhancement of the purchasing power of Poles, which positively affects the entire economy of the country.
