According to МЗС: Foreign Minister Andrii Sibiha has issued a call for immediate measures targeting Russia's shadow fleet and the expansion of individual sanctions. He stressed the critical need to seize tankers from this covert maritime network and urged the swift adoption of the European Union's 20th sanctions package.
“The EU's 20th sanctions package must be approved without delay,” stated Andrii Sibiha

“any blackmail from individual member states on unrelated issues must be stopped with decisive action,” - Andrii Sibiha

Sanctions and a Reparations Loan for Ukraine's Security
Sibiha emphasized that sanctions against Russia are essential not only for supporting Ukraine but for safeguarding all of Europe.
