According to МЗС: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has called for the European Union to implement a comprehensive entry ban targeting Russian citizens who have participated in the aggression against Ukraine. He stressed that this measure is crucial for security, citing Estonia's example, which has already enacted national-level entry restrictions on specific categories of Russian nationals. 'The time has come for the EU to impose a full entry ban on Russian citizens who have taken part in Russia's aggression against Ukraine,' stated Minister Andrii Sybiha.

He further added: 'Now is the moment to extend this across the entire European Union, and I urge my EU colleagues to take this step seriously.' Sybiha's remarks underscore the need for coordinated international action on security matters in response to the ongoing war.
