According to glavcom.ua: According to the 'Glavkom' portal, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky reported that the enemy is attempting to attack the South-Slobodsk direction up to ten times a day, but Ukrainian troops are successfully repelling these attacks.
During his two-day visit to the Kharkiv region, Syrsky personally assessed the situation in the South-Slobodsk direction. According to him, more than 60 enemy attacks were repelled last week, and the fighting continues.
'Russian occupiers are trying to win by numbers, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard are using tactical and technological solutions to hold back the enemy's advance,' emphasized the Commander-in-Chief.
Initiatives to strengthen defense were discussed by Syrsky and the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. The situation in the South-Slobodsk direction remains tense, but Ukrainian defenders are ready for possible enemy counterattacks.
