New OPFO system starting from 2025: how to correct mistakes in the experts' extract

Starting from 2025, a new system for assessing the everyday functioning of individuals (OPFO) will be in effect. The expert team has issued a document based on which payments are made and social support is provided. Check your extract carefully, as there may be mistakes that can be corrected, such as incorrect name spelling, errors in the date of birth, defects in the address, and others.

Remember that stylistic and linguistic variants cannot be corrected. An application for correction can be submitted within 40 days from the date of receiving the extract.

Procedure for correcting mistakes

The application will be reviewed within 7 working days. After that, you will be informed of the decision. If the expert team finds a mistake, their change will be made within 10 days.
