Sofia Ruban: Women's Futsal in Ukraine has been pushed to the limit due to the inactivity of the FAU

The players of the Ukrainian national futsal team expressed their criticism of the national Futsal Association due to the lack of attention to women's competitions. Players are facing serious organizational problems, such as the absence of a doctor in the team, an insufficient coaching staff, and inadequate preparation for competitions. The head coach has resigned, and the funding for women's futsal and information about national competitions remain at an unsatisfactory level. The next challenge for the Ukrainian team will be the qualification for Euro-2027 after a disappointing performance in the World Cup qualifiers. Problems also affect the internal women's competitions in the country, where a lack of attention and a poor approach to women's futsal are also felt.
