Kvartal 95 registered a new company without Mindich: who are now the owners

The 'Kvartal 95' studio registered a new company LLC 'Kvartal UA'. The new company has become a legal entity for production, and its owners are seven individuals. Among the owners are well-known participants of 'Kvartal 95', and the controlling stake belongs to former assistant to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Serhiy Shefir. The company was registered 20 days ago with a charter capital of 1 million UAH. The press service of 'Kvartal 95' explained that the new company was created without the participation of Timur Mindich, who has been placed under personal sanctions. They plan to produce new content through 'Kvartal UA', maintaining independence from other individuals, and assured that the sanctions against Mindich will not affect the studio's activities or the production of new content.
