The amount can be halved: the Reserve feature for paying fines in 3 stages has been added

The Ministry of Defense has presented a new digital service - Reserve+, which allows conscripted Ukrainians to pay fines online with significant savings. This service allows you to pay off debt for personal data violations with a 50% discount until July 16, 2024.

'Paying fines online is a service for resolving an issue that previously required a personal visit to territorial recruitment centers or police involvement. In Reserve+, we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative - as is already working in Ukraine with other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services work in the interests of Ukrainians,' emphasized Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Yekaterina Chernogorenko.

The service implies a three-stage procedure, including updating the application, submitting an application, and paying the fine. The fine must be paid within 20 days from the moment of receiving the decision, otherwise, the amount will increase, up to forced collection.

Gradual expansion and improvement of the service

At present, this service is limited to fines for untimely clarification of personal data, but the authors plan to expand it to other categories of violations. The Ministry of Defense and other military institutions strive to gradually improve this tool for the convenience of conscripts.

The technical implementation of the project was made possible thanks to cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police, and other military institutions. The full functioning of the new service is expected within the next few days.
