Electricity Supply Schedule for November 23
Обмеження у постачанні електроенергії в Україні 23 листопада.

In most regions of Ukraine, measures to limit electricity consumption will be applied throughout the day on November 23. This is reported by 'Glavkom' referencing 'Ukrenergo'.

The reason for the restrictions remains unchanged - it is the aftermath of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on the country's energy facilities, which have caused significant damage to the energy system.

Hourly Power Outage Schedules

Hourly power outage schedules (HPOS) will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59. A volume of 1 to 2.5 shifts will be applied simultaneously. Therefore, there will be more electricity available than on November 22, when outages were from 1 to 3.5 shifts.

Additionally, power restriction schedules will also be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59 for industrial consumers.

Operational Information

Citizens are urged to pay attention that the time and volume of restrictions may change. Therefore, it is extremely important to monitor the operational information published on the official pages of power supply companies in your region.

Vitaliy Zaychenko reported how long the power outage schedules will last in Ukraine. Overall, he says, the energy system is ready for winter. However, currently, the determining factor in the energy system remains the factor of Russian shelling, the time and intensity of which cannot be predicted.

Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Andarak explained that hourly electricity outages depend only on the situation in the energy system and Russian attacks on the infrastructure.

On November 23, electricity consumption restrictions in Ukraine are planned due to the consequences of Russian attacks on the energy system. Citizens are urged to follow the outage schedules and operational information published by power supply companies in each region.
