Elina Svitolina ceases to compete until the end of 2025: reason - psychological exhaustion

Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina is suspending her participation in tournaments until the end of 2025 due to psychological exhaustion from constant competitions. She has decided not to participate in the WTA 1000 tournament in Beijing and will return to the court only in the next season.

In her address to fans on Instagram, Elina wrote: 'Recently, I have not felt like myself. I am not in the right emotional state and do not feel ready to play, so I am ending the season. Over these years, I have realized that this sport is not about money, fame, or ranking, but about being ready to fight and giving your all. Right now, I am simply not at the moral or emotional level to do that.'
