According to ХВИЛЯ: The Ministry of Defense has announced planned technical works in the Oberih register, which will take place overnight on January 10 from 00:00 to 05:00. During this period, the Reserve+ application will not be able to provide services or update Reserve ID.
As of today, over 6 million users are registered in the Reserve+ application. The Reserve ID has become the primary document for conscripts, military personnel, and reservists. It is important to note that paper documents are issued only to those individuals who are on the register with the Security Service of Ukraine and intelligence agencies. Meanwhile, the PDF version of the electronic document has full legal force.
