According to ХВИЛЯ: The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has announced scheduled technical work on the Oberih unified state registry for conscripts, military personnel, and reservists. This maintenance will impact the availability of the Reserve+ application during the overnight hours leading into January 30. The service interruption is planned from 00:00 to 02:00.

According to the ministry's statement, services within Reserve+ and updates to Reserve ID may be temporarily unavailable during this window. Full access to all services and stable system operation are promised for immediate restoration after 02:00.

Guidance for Application Users

Users are advised to proactively download a PDF version of their electronic military registration document. To do this, on the app's main screen, tap the '+' symbol and select the 'Download PDF' option.
