Russian strike on Ternopil: 33 dead, rescue operations completed

According to ДСНС: Rescue operations in Ternopil continued after the tragic event that took place on November 19. One of the buildings was severely damaged, so it was important to act quickly and effectively. The operations lasted 4 days and were successfully completed on November 22 at 18:00.
A total of 33 people died under the rubble, including children. There were also many injured, but several dozen lives were saved. Rescuers not only performed their duties but also found and rescued a few pets. After the completion of the search and rescue operations, investigative actions began.
