Rocket strike on Ternopil: the number of dead has risen to 28 people
In Ternopil, rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the rocket strike. According to the State Emergency Service, rescuers have already recovered the body of one of the deceased, with the death toll currently at 28 individuals, including three children. In addition, the number of injured stands at 94 people, while 16 individuals are considered missing.
At the site of the tragedy, more than 950 square meters of reinforced concrete structures have been dismantled and over 460 tons of construction debris have been removed. Emergency rescue operations continue as teams work to remedy the consequences of the shelling.
It is recalled that the nighttime missile attack by the Russian Federation on Ternopil resulted in a significant tragedy. For the third consecutive day, search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the shelling.
From November 19 to 21, the city has declared days of mourning for those who lost their lives as a result of this tragedy. However, amidst the grief, there was also a glimmer of hope when rescuers found a parrot among the ruins of the destroyed building. The bird was saved and remained alive in its cage, which became a small miracle amidst this terrible tragedy.

At this time, searches for the missing persons continue, and rescue operations are being conducted to free the injured. It has also been noted that a significant amount of debris from the collapsed building has already been cleared to prevent further dangers.
