In Chernivtsi region, a MSEC scheme was uncovered: over 600 draft evaders received disability

According to glavcom.ua: The organizers of the scheme produced fake medical certificates and doctors' conclusions without proper examinations and research. Later, as the head of the expert commission, they illegally provided disability groups to healthy individuals. For their services, they received between $2,000 to $10,000 and even arranged indefinite extensions of disability.

In the Chernivtsi region, law enforcement discovered officials of the Medical and Social Expertise Commission (MSEC) who created a scheme for forging medical documents for draft evaders. According to information from the National Police, as a result of this activity, over 600 individuals illegally received a disability group to avoid mobilization and leave the country.

This news reveals the fact of forgery of medical documents in the Chernivtsi region, where employees of the Medical and Social Expertise issued illegal disability groups for healthy individuals to evade mobilization and exit the country. As a result of these actions, over 600 individuals received illegal benefits, while the organizers of the scheme earned enormous sums of money for their services.
