According to glavcom.ua: Last weekend, UAVs flew near the Murmelon-le-Grand military base in France. The incident was recorded in the Marne department and has today been confirmed by the relevant state service, reports 'Glavcom'.

The Marne department office stated that these were small devices, not drones operated by the military. The incident has been described as 'exceptional' because there is currently no evidence of interference from foreign states. An investigation is ongoing regarding the spotted UAVs.

Interestingly, a similar occurrence took place in Denmark, where the Aalborg airport suspended flights due to spotted drones. Additionally, Russian MiG-31 fighter jets violated Estonia's airspace without permission. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that these actions could be part of Russia's campaign to destabilize Western states.

The world is witnessing an increase in such incidents, indicating a rise in military-political tension in the region. Interested parties have already begun investigations to establish the origin and purpose of these drones' actions and to reinforce joint measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
