The average salary in Kyiv has exceeded 40 thousand: who earns the most

According to hvylya.net: Fresh data on average salaries in Kyiv for July 2025 showed that full-time employees earn an average of 40,546 UAH. The highest earnings are observed in IT and telecommunications companies, while the lowest are in construction. Compared to the rest of Ukraine, Kyiv residents have a significantly higher income.

The Top 3 highest-paid sectors in Kyiv are:

• IT and telecommunications: 79,990 UAH
• Banking and insurance sector: 64,080 UAH
• Public service and military sphere: 50,909 UAH

It has also been defined that the Top 3 lowest-paid professions include educators, hotel industry workers, and builders.

It should be noted that the salary analysis was conducted among companies with a staff of at least 10 persons.
