In Kyiv, on the night of November 25, the Russian attack again disrupted the operation of city transport. Due to the shelling, traffic is blocked on Entuziastiv Street in both directions, and the operation of several routes has also been changed. This is reported by the KMDA.

Changes in public transport movement

The KMDA reported that bus №48 is temporarily taking a different route. Trolleybuses №1 and №11 are operating with delays due to problems in the power supply. The main changes concern the route of bus №48, which is now moving as follows:

  • Rusanivska Embankment

  • Rusanivsky Boulevard

  • Ihor Shamo Boulevard

  • Entuziastiv Street (with possible restrictions).

The city administration clarified that due to the attack, the contact network in some areas remained without voltage, so the restoration of the schedule may be delayed.

Strikes on residential buildings

On the night of November 25, enemy rockets and drones damaged two apartment buildings. In the Pechersk district, the strike hit a 22-storey building, which caught fire and had parts of floors collapse. In the Dnipro district, a nine-storey building was damaged, also with destruction and fire. Rescuers worked all night to eliminate the consequences of the attack and check the buildings. There are reports of 6 dead and 10 injured.

Earlier, we reported that Kyiv had prepared a new action plan in case of possible power outages during the autumn-winter period of 2025–2026. City services updated the algorithm for the operation of public transport and the metro to ensure minimal mobility even during prolonged blackouts.
